Yojee offers world leading software on a monthly recurring license fee model. Its freight movement model is a percentage value charged per transaction model.
David Morton is an experienced Corporate Banker with a career spanning 40 years at Westpac and HSBC. He has recently returned to Australia after 12 years working in Asia in a number of roles including Managing Director, Head of Corporate, Financials and Multinationals Banking, Asia-Pacific.

Ed is an experienced technology entrepreneur and enthusiast with a background in taking innovative blue ocean technology platforms to market in areas such as Real-time Communication, Big Data Marketing and E-Commerce.
As Vice President of Sales for Temasys, Ed was part of a team that IBM recognized as one of the “Top 5 global start-ups to watch in 2014”. More ,recently Ed has been working as Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Silicon Valley and Asia Venture Capitalist backed marketing technology platform Ematic which now has over 60 of South East Asia’s leading E-Commerce retailers on its technology platform within its first 12 months on the market.
Ray LeeNon-Executive Director
Ray is a well respected port management executive with over forty years international logistics and shipping experience. As a former Director of DP World Australia he played a key role leading DP World’s Australasian port operations. During his time with DP World (Dubai) he was engaged as regional head of executive management succession planning for ten ports on three continents. Establishing Portside Solutions in 2007 he has successfully consulted on significant projects for multiple mining and bulk commodity companies throughout Africa, South America and Australia.
Gary FlowersNon-Executive Director
With a double degree and Harvard educated, Mr Flowers started his career as a lawyer and was soon promoted to the National Managing Partner of Sparke Helmore. During his tenure, he grew the firm by over 600%, taking it from being an NSW based firm to having a top 10 ranking in Australia. Mr Flowers joined the Australian Rugby Union as Managing Director in 2004, leading significant structural reform and capturing record sponsorships in just three years. Mr Flowers joined Mirvac Group (ASX: MGR) in 2008 as Chief Operating Officer. As an integral part of the Leadership Team, he was instrumental in turning around the Mirvac Group and securing its survival during the GFC.
Shannon RobinsonNon-Executive Director
Shannon is a former corporate lawyer and corporate advisor with over 10 years’ international experience in providing transaction, mergers and acquisition, strategic capital raising and general corporate advice to numerous ASX and AIM listed and unlisted companies including many in the technology sector. Shannon has previously been a director of several ASX and AIM listed companies, Spookfish Limited (ASX: SFI), Fastbrick Robotics Limited (ASX: FBR) and Equator Resources Limited (ASX: EQU).
Sonu CheemaCompany Secretary
Mr Cheema has over 10 years’ experience working with public and private companies in Australia and abroad. Highly experienced in ASX financial reports preparation, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, management of capital raising activities and auditor liaison. Has completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting at Curtin University and is a CPA member.
