How did theoldcompany start out?

Theoldcompany started in 2013 with the idea of providing integrated marketing channels to our clients with online and offline marketing approaches. As such, we are able to help our clients eliminate the hassle of looking for multiple vendors for their marketing projects. Most importantly, a consistent marketing message and concept can be achieve.

What was your selection process like when you were looking for a delivery provider?

Firstly, we look into their system capabilities and see whether their system is easy and fast for us to place our order.

Secondly, we will observe their pick up and delivering lead time.

Last but not least, the attitude of the delivery staff. The most important factor we look at is the accountability and responsiveness of the delivery staff as they are the ones who will deliver our clients’ products in a safe and fast manner.

Does Yojee make your (day, job, task) different?

Yes, their effective ordering system and fast pickup and delivering of our clients’ products helps ease our load. Yojee’s appointed delivery staff are responsible which is the most important requirement for theoldcompany.

Can you tell me more about your team?

The most challenging issue for any business owner is to have a great team. I’m very fortunate to have great colleagues who are committed and responsible. Most importantly, we regard each other as family and they regard theoldcompany as theirs. It has unloaded my greatest burden, therefore allowing me to focus more on the business and the quality of service we provide to our clients.

How do you measure a campaign’s success?

Clients’ feedback is very important to us, we always seek our clients’ feedback after each completed project to ensure theoldcompany provided satisfactory work for them and to learn areas that require improvement on. 80% of our clients are referred by existing clients. This shows that our existing clients are happy with our services and are willing to refer us to their network.

What plans do you have in store for theoldcompany?

We are heading towards an integrated ecommerce solution providing Technology, Warehousing, Order Fulfillment and Marketing channels to our eCommerce clients.

  • Technology: Build effective ecommerce website and ecommerce Hosting services.
  • Warehousing: Provide warehousing for our ecommerce clients.
  • Order Fulfillment: Stock management for our clients’ stock. Help client to pick and pack orders and deliver to their clients doorstep.
  • Marketing: Provide Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Adwords (Pay-per-click), Social Media Marketing services to our ecommerce clients.
